Corrugate double-wall pipes
It produces corrugated or double-walled pipe from 160 to 800 mm and spiral 900 to 2500 mm with 16, 31.5 and 64 kN stiffness according to the production standard using four lines. In the near future, it will purchase molds and produce corrugated pipes from 800 to 1200 mm in diameter as corrugated couplings.
Polyethylene corrugated pipes have the following advantages according to its uses:
Long service life
Flexibility and flexural bearing capacity
Less weight compared to other pipes
Non-fouling due to rotation surfaces inside the pipe
Resistant to 50 ° C and insoluble against all solvents
Resistant to UV rays due to the use of Anti UV cases
Easy and fast installation
Excellent tolerance to external loads Easy shipping
Polyethylene manhole
Manholes (manholes) are used as technical buildings for inspection and cleaning of the sewerage network and consist of three parts: inlet tipper, manhole body or inspection room and manhole floor. Manholes are installed at distances of 50 to 150 meters and in places where there are changes in the direction or size of the pipe with significant changes in the values of the pipe. Manhole designs (concrete, brick, and plastic) used in sewer systems are usually standardized, and most large cities use these approved designs.
Since we have several options regarding how to implement manholes for sewer lines; Therefore, it will be necessary to examine them qualitatively and determine which one is more efficient according to the conditions of the region.

Some advantages of prefabricated polyethylene manholes
Its speed and execution time is much less than a concrete manhole, so that the trench opens and closes in one day.
The lightness of the polyethylene manhole makes it easy to transport and install.
The smooth surface of polyethylene prevents the material from sticking to the walls and on the other hand, its maintenance and washing costs are lower.
The bright color and smooth surface of the manhole make it visible inside.
Resistance to the list of different chemicals from sewage with soil is one of the unique properties of polyethylene manholes compared to concrete manholes.
The flexibility of polyethylene makes it adaptable to asymmetric ground subsidence and small movements.
Predicting stairs and muscles in the body of the manhole and no need to install stairs and muscles separately
The homogeneity of the manhole with the pipe makes it easy to completely seal the network.
The same substructure eliminates manhole and asymmetric settling pipes.
Ease of branching from the manhole floor
Ability to produce with muscular insoles
Sealing parts with washers
